Fraud Costs New York Advertising Campaign

New York State’s no-fault auto insurance laws have allowed criminals to file fraudulent claims from intentional accidents, essentially costing the state and New Yorker taxpayers $627.5 million over the past three years. Fraud Costs New York ad campaign is encouraging New Yorkers to Take Action and contact their legislators to tell them it’s time to reform these no-fault insurance laws.
